Country Girl Raised in the City
Miranda Ramos is a well known country artist currently residing in San Diego, CA. Her biggest vocal influences are Miranda Lambert, Carrie Underwood, and of course legends like Dolly and The Judds. Her songwriting hero is Billy Joel.
She was honored to win two awards in 2024 from San Diego Magazine as Best Country Musician and Best Singer/Songwriter in her debut year releasing her own music. Her second song release "Waste Your Time" was nominated as Country Song of the Year by the San Diego Music Awards!

​For as long as she can remember, Miranda has loved to sing. From performing in Elementary School talent shows to theater in High School, music was always part of her life.
Miranda's mom (and biggest fan) raised her listening to country music which started her love for the genre. By the age of 6 she could even be found at weekly family night at the local country bar learning line dancing.
However, her Dad was more of a classic rock lover and raised her on Billy Joel, the Rolling Stones, Michael Jackson, and the Beatles.

Nothing quite fuels her soul like performing a good story telling, relatable country song though. Come on out to see what we mean by that!

Miranda gives back to her community doing fundraising events for veterans, animals, and those in need. She volunteers annually to sing the National Anthem for the Carlton Oaks Veterans Appreciation Golf Tournament.

Writing her own music is a passion she finds very cathartic. However, cowriting is something she holds very dear and is honored when another artist wants her input or assistance. She cowrites music with other local artists as well as some based in Nashville. She is also available for demo singing and creative collaborations.
